Planning our wedding diner from abroad was made seamless thanks to the highly responsive events planning team, who maintained excellent communication throughout the booking process. They were incredibly accommodating, even tailoring the menu to our preferences by incorporating additional meat options. From coordinating with our vendors to accommodating special requests, the staff truly went above and beyond to make our reception unforgettable. The ambiance was perfect with cozy lighting and elegant décor creating a romantic atmosphere in front of the marina. We rented the Cabana so it was very private. The service throughout the evening was impeccable. The staff were attentive, friendly and went out of their way to ensure that everything ran smoothly. The food served was exceptional, exceeding our expectations and delighting all of our guests. Every dish was beautifully presented and delicious. We are incredibly grateful to the team for making our wedding reception a truly unforgettable experience. We couldn't have asked for a better venue to celebrate our special day. My fiancé proposed to me at this gorgeous resort and it was nothing shy of magical! From the views, to the staff, to the room - everything was spectacular. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and help Gareth with the proposal, to the point where they decorated our room for us and gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne for when we returned to our room after the proposal and dinner. Stayed here for a family holiday after it was recommended by a family member. Our room was clean, comfortable, spacious and had a beautiful ocean view. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were, without exception, friendly, helpful and professional. Perhaps a daily change to the buffet breakfast would be nice but having said that, there was plenty of choice and the food was cooked well. Everything about our stay at Coral Sea was lovely. We stayed in a Spa Deluxe King Room and had no regrets, the views from our room were spectacular! I recommend asking for a room on a high floor facing the ocean, we stayed in room 323 (positioned on the ocean-facing corner of the hotel) and had all-round sea views and complete privacy. The hotel is an easy 5-10 minute walk from the main street, and is mostly flat. - millie s - booking.com

What a spectacular place to stay. The resort itself is easily accessible to main street of Airlie. We stayed in an ocean deluxe room with stunning views. The room was cleaned and serviced daily. We stayed at CSMR for 3 nights in a spa deluxe room. The view was BEAUTIFUL! The room was always clean and stocked with fresh linen. The perfect location for someone who does not want to stay in the bustle of Airlie’s main strip. Best thing was it was a 5 minute FLAT walk to the Main Street or a $5-8 taxi. All staff were lovely especially waitstaff and reception. We even managed to request a dessert that was not even on the room service menu. We cannot wait to come back! - Georgia H - Tripadvisor

We had a four night stay in an Ocean View Spa Deluxe room and all we can say is WOW!! We were incredibly blown away by the facilities and location, cleanliness of the room and most importantly the amazing staff. All the staff were kind and friendly with stand outs being Ricky and Andrew on Front Reception. Nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful location and venue which drew us to holding a destination wedding. Due to rain we couldn't hold on lawn as planned but ended up on jetty. Amazing ocean view, tasty cocktails and the seafood platter for 2 on the dinner menu was absolutely mouthwatering! Best meal we have had on the Whitsundays! Fresh king prawns, oysters kilpatrick to die for, tender calamari, grilled Balmain bugs, the most tastiest reef fish I have ever eaten and delicious French style mussels and clams with a fresh fennel garden salad. Felt like paradise sipping cocktails watching the sunset then feasting on local seafood. Omg fine dining at its best . I’ve eaten in many Sydney / Melb restaurants and I could not fault this place from the moment we entered . Staff attentive / friendly / informative . All 3 courses sensational . Ambience superb . Congratulations to the French chef . Presentation precise . Well done to all the staff including Barman , front desk and lovely girls on the floor .
